Great concert, not so great venue experience
The concert was absolutely amazing. Our seats were great, albeit small. But the bands sounded amazing and put on such a good show! But was not a fan of how the venue handled things. Road right up to the venue was blocked. Our Uber driver could only take us so far, so we had to walk the rest of the way in the pouring down snow, which was very hard because I'm disabled and use a cane. There has got to be a better way to handle this for disabled patrons! It was extremely hard for me. And then we waited a really long time in all that snow just to get in, freezing and getting soaked. Getting in did not feel very streamlined. I even saw some people mention their vaccine cards weren't even checked which is not cool at all. And because they had the road blocked after the concert too it was very hard to get any drivers to pick us up and take us a few min back to our hotel because they all know it's too hard with the road blockage. They were kind enough to let us wait inside though till we did secure someone and wait for them to arrive even though it was quite late so I really appreciate those kind workers. Overall show was worth it. But don't know if I'd utilize this venue again. At least not in winter!
